I had one issue, my battery died the day that I brought the car home. Rick, the used car manager apologized and tried to help troubleshoot the issue over the phone. He even offered to drive to my home (an hour away) the next day (Sunday) to try to help. Turns out the battery had gone bad. He paid for the replacement and now everything is fine. I would say that they stand by their product and are very trustworthy. Other places would have left you out to dry.. More

Great Used Car Purchase My wife saw a 2015 Toyota Sienna on the dealership's website. We called and spoke with a salesperson named Matt Valitksi. Even over the phone, I could My wife saw a 2015 Toyota Sienna on the dealership's website. We called and spoke with a salesperson named Matt Valitksi. Even over the phone, I could tell I was going to like working with the dealership. Matt was knowledgeable about the vehicle even though it wasn't a Volkswagen. He didn't pressure me to "get here now" no "won't last long" BS etc..just thorough answers and asked if an appointment would be convenient. It was. We went and drove the vehicle and once again there was no pressure to "buy it now" We left, went home and thought about it and went back the next day. We got a fair offer for our trade-in, and got a great deal on wheel and tire insurance because the Sienna has really nice alloy wheels that would be expensive if we hit a pothole. I cannot imagine a better, used car buying experience. Thanks Matt!! More
