He was so patient listening to all my questions and so thorough in responding. He was available by phone or text for the questions that arose after I left the showroom. He and Rick Cherry allowed me to test drive the Atlas a 2nd time on my own. I kept it for about an hour to see how it would perform entering the Blue Route and the Media Bypass. He was totally ready for the day of signing and didn't keep me there for hours as happened with the purchase of a prior car. I had a question just today and reached out to Matt. I will stop by the dealership in a few hours so that he can evaluate something. I have already recommended him and the dealership to people who inquire about my new car. More

Nothing but positive things to say about this dealership since it’s been taken over by Park Avenue Motorcars. I purchased a new VW Arteon. Miguel bent over backward to get the deal done on my terms, had the since it’s been taken over by Park Avenue Motorcars. I purchased a new VW Arteon. Miguel bent over backward to get the deal done on my terms, had the car brought to me to test drive, picked it up and gave me a car to drive to get the car prepped for me for delivery and brought it back to me when it was all done. Paperwork with financing took a whole 15 minutes and I was out of there. Quickest and smoothest transaction I’ve ever had in my 20 years of purchasing vehicles. My sister bought a car from there as well and said the same exact thing. You won’t regret doing business here! More

Department is more concerned with appearing blameless than fixing the issue. Came in for a service appointment and found an issue under the hood 3 weeks later.
