Not once did he makes us feel any pressure to buy. He was available by phone with any questions and concerns we had during the buying process. A few days after taking the car home, the check engine light came on. We immediately scheduled an appointment with the service department. The service team was informative about what was wrong with our car and what it needed. They gave us a loaner and sent us on our way. The car was done in 2 days, at no cost to us. We will definitely continue to deal with them in the future for all of our vehicle needs! More

Good People! I felt very much at ease during the entire process. My salesperson, Chesley Brandon, was a pleasure to work with and was able to answer all of my ques I felt very much at ease during the entire process. My salesperson, Chesley Brandon, was a pleasure to work with and was able to answer all of my questions in a straight forward manner which I greatly appreciated. The vehicle that I purchased had a small body issue. I spoke with Kevin Lee, Sales Mgr. about this and he assured that the necessary repairs would be made, he made me feel confident that they would, and I elected to move forward with my purchase. I needed the vehicle immediately so a follow up appointment was made for service. The Service Dept. was professional and handled everything in a smooth manner, including assisting and paying for a rental vehicle ... and the repair looks great! I got a great car at a great price. Don't Take Your Car Here for Service Don't take your car here for service. I called around noon explaining my situation that I wouldn't be able to get my car brought in to just have a pre Don't take your car here for service. I called around noon explaining my situation that I wouldn't be able to get my car brought in to just have a preliminary check for what could be wrong with it until later in the afternoon. I was assured over the phone that this wouldn't be an issue. However, when I finally got there at 4:30, I was told that they wouldn't be able to look at my car because their technicians leave at 5. I should also add that their website says their service hours are open until 6. All I needed was someone to just diagnose what was wrong with it, I knew where the fault was, so it wasn't like they would have to search far and wide for the issue. The whole time from the minute I walked in, I felt they had predetermined that they didn't want me as a customer, simply because it was towards the end of they day and they wanted to go home. I sacrificed time at MY job so I could get there in what I thought was a reasonable amount of time to just be able to point out what the problem could be. In summary, take your car for service elsewhere, your time is much more valuable to another dealership than it is to theirs. More
