Very good. I missed the complimentary car wash. Leo did the scheduling and check in on the day of the service. He was friendly and efficient. I was told the wait for the inspection and oil change Leo did the scheduling and check in on the day of the service. He was friendly and efficient. I was told the wait for the inspection and oil change would be approximately 1-1/2 hours. I was checked out and in my car in an hour. I will recommend this dealership and definitely return. I also took advantage of the 20% off mid-week servicing. Very helpful! Later, when I returned home after errands, I realized the car had not been washed. Under YBH and Colonial, the car was always washed when in for service. Perhaps, the new company would like to continue this service. This is my third VW, all purchased at this location. More
