Above and beyond This dealership goes above and beyond to ensure fair and awesome service! I brought my car here for a recall notice I received in the mail. I do not This dealership goes above and beyond to ensure fair and awesome service! I brought my car here for a recall notice I received in the mail. I do not like taking my car to dealerships for anything my feeling is they rip you off. I do my own work. I was having an issue with my car for weeks prior to bringing the car in for the recall service though so I mentioned it, but didn’t want anything done. After a few weeks of trying to solve this German puzzle on my own I finally brought it back to them. They gave me a loaner and thoroughly checked every source that could cause this problem. Cleaned the top end of my engine up and sent me on my way. The car was still acting like an idiot misfiring every second. The Tech, George, talked to me like I was an actual person, which you never find among VW techs and ran me through some of the troubleshooting techniques over the phone. I still brought it back in and was issued another loaner a 2019 Jetta 😲. The service manager Aimee found the open TSB’s on my car and from there we moved forward. While my injector was being switched out George found a leak in my water pump... 😵. Wrapping this up they fixed my water pump, changed my injector, and cleaned the carbon out of my ports and when it was all said and done I didn’t have a bill that I had to take a second mortgage out on my house for. Everyone at this dealer is super friendly, they are not your typical “stealership” , and honestly accommodate you like you’re family. I know if I have anymore issues that I can’t figure out or am in the market for a new vw where I will be heading. Thanks guys! More

Traditional Business Values I called Volkswagen of Newt,own Square re. a recall issue I had never looked into. My call and query were promptly answered and routed to the service I called Volkswagen of Newt,own Square re. a recall issue I had never looked into. My call and query were promptly answered and routed to the service department which was just as polite and enthusiastic as the initial person I spoke to. I was promised a 'call back' after my VIN # was routinely checked for vehicle history. That 'call back' came within minutes and a service date set. The drop off was uncomplicated and I was given the impression this was intentionally so, to accommodate busy schedules. I especially appreciated it because I was heading directly to a job interview from there and was in and out to my wife's surprise. (Yes I was hired, thank you) Shortly after mid-day I received a message that the work was completed on my car and that the technician had a few recommendations for me. When I picked the car up, again I was in and out. The recall work was completed, no charge to me and I was furnished with a laundry list of mechanical issues my car had. They went the extra mile to put the price beside each fix. I found these prices to be unbelievably reasonable. No pressure was placed on me to buy any service. Not one tacky word about 'when'... or 'what'... I noted that this place was all class and embraced traditional business values which are altogether absent in modern businesses I left whistling because I knew I would be back and was especially elated to see these values being passed to the cadre of young people I witnessed on their team. Post Script. So yesterday evening I returned from training at the new job. I had made a mental note to myself to top up my coolant level (VW coolant - the pinkish-purple cap) because I had noticed it at the base line a week ago. I checked my locker and saw three bottles of blue (Volvo) coolant but no pink. I couldn't believe I had allowed my VW coolant to run out. This morning I'd leave early for training and hoped I could find an open auto product shop. I decided to open my hood to evaluate the risk. To my surprise, no issue! The mechanics at New town Square VW had already added coolant to the optimal mark and not a mention! More
