I was forced to come twice to this dealership to fix a taillight that they never ordered the right parts for. The third time my wife and our infant came for an old change that ended up taking 2 hours. No apologies or kindness from the service manager. I was strongly considering trading in my Touareg for an atlas at this dealership and this experience has resulted in me looking elsewhere. Sales peoples get a customer and service people should try and keep them. This service Manager cost you guys two customers. More

Service Front running light was not fixed the first time, required a return visit the following day. Attendant stated, this is covered under warranty so it’s Front running light was not fixed the first time, required a return visit the following day. Attendant stated, this is covered under warranty so it’s no charge. Well, no way was I even considering paying since it wasn’t fixed the first time. And $35.+ to replace a bulb is crazy expensive!! Next time I’ll do it myself. They also wanted $40+ to replace wiper blades. No thanks!! More
