Nice and easy Last year I leased a vehicle for my daughter and everyone was so nice and helpful that when it was time for a new car for me I immediately thought of Last year I leased a vehicle for my daughter and everyone was so nice and helpful that when it was time for a new car for me I immediately thought of this brand and dealership. They took their time explaining everything to me and removed the usual concerns about new car shopping. Andy was so kind and caring through the financial end and really put us at ease through a difficult process. One thing that really stuck with us was that as we were ready to drive off of the lot, our salesman personally cleaned off our windshield because he noticed a streak. Unbelievable. A regular oil change appointment Yes Volkswagen of Newtown Square was very accommodating. They were able to set up the appointment for my leased 2018 Jetta quickly and worked well wit Yes Volkswagen of Newtown Square was very accommodating. They were able to set up the appointment for my leased 2018 Jetta quickly and worked well with my schedule. Even when I had to reschedule the appointment. It was easy to drop off my car and request a loaner car to commute to and from work nearby. I very much appreciated the staffs ability to honor past agreements I had with Colonial VW before the ownership change. However because discussion of said agreement cake up I did believe the charges for my service were very steep and not what I was expecting walking in to drop my car off. More
