Fixing the worst design flaw on a VW I had to replace the gas door on my 2013 Passat because VW decided a manual release wasn't necessary and I was out of gas and the automatic release fa I had to replace the gas door on my 2013 Passat because VW decided a manual release wasn't necessary and I was out of gas and the automatic release failed. The only way I could get gas was to pry open the gas door. The result was the gas door cover breaking off. Several hundred dollars later I have a new gas door that works. That being said...the customer service at VW of Newtown square very helpful throughout this process. They were able to get the parts ordered ASAP and installed surprisingly fast. The door works as it should and the color match is spot on. My only complaint is that I was waiting for them to contact me when the parts were so I could schedule the install. After several weeks I called to check the status and they had the parts but never called me. Not that big of a deal and the price of the install was less than the estimate so I'm happy! The only thing that could've made this better was if VW picked up the bill since I was paying for poor engineering on their part. More

Incredible service I had a sunroof failure 3 days after I took possession of a 2018 Alltrack and this dealership moved heaven and earth to get it fixed.
