Doesn’t meet my standards On 7/5 I called about an airbag sensor issue, I was told it would be $160 for a diagnostic charge. I explained my car had been having issues and that On 7/5 I called about an airbag sensor issue, I was told it would be $160 for a diagnostic charge. I explained my car had been having issues and that I had been working with the former owners. New owners didn’t want to accommodate my unresolved issue. The overthinkiner I am; I asked if my airbag was going to deploy at any point or if it could just be a sensor issue. Was told it wouldn’t deploy but they couldn’t tell if it was a sensor issue without running the diagnostic... told them I’m not in the position to pay for the diagnostic fee for it to end up being nothing... later in the week I received a recall letter from VW saying my airbag CAN deploy at anytime and may seriously injure or kill me... I’d think a VW dealer would of known about the recall and been able to help when I originally called. I ended up taking my car in for the recall repair, my sensor is still on... I’m not sure why the issue STILL wasn’t addressed but it’s clear that the new owners are not concerned with customer satisfaction. More

I understand it’s under new management but no one there can figure out how to put a car on a lift, they shouldn’t be working on cars at all. Advice for the technicians next time a low car comes to get diagnosed, “drive the car up on a 2x4.” Advice for future customers, “Go somewhere else.” More

I so much prefer this place over other VW dealers as it is much more relaxed and quiet as opposed to othes like the one in Ardmore and Downingtown. You have a new customer. More

I have been taking my cars there for 30 years through 3 dealerships and NSVW is by far the most organized of the three! I highly recommend them to anyone who has a VW or is in the market to buy one! Car Problems I would highly recommend this dealership and service team. My car wouldn’t start and I got it towed to this dealership. They were able to fit my car i I would highly recommend this dealership and service team. My car wouldn’t start and I got it towed to this dealership. They were able to fit my car in to be seen the following day even though they were completely booked. They needed to fix the shifter column and I had a dead battery. I heard from them in a timely manner and was so pleased to have my car back up and running. So happy with my service. More

I won’t be back I won’t be back. First they gave me a dirty loaner. Then I called the serivce advisor he said ok bring it back we are happy to put you in a different I won’t be back. The second loaner just as dirty and worse an empty tank. When I got home my fiancé took a look at the loaner they gave me so he called to complain. He was told by Matt in sales the service manager would be calling. Well no one called and no one really cared. Definitely do not recommend this dealer to anyone! More
