Problem still exits I bought this CPO 2013 VW Jetta TDI Premium and from day one it had problem. I took it to fix the problem which was not recognized to begin with while I bought this CPO 2013 VW Jetta TDI Premium and from day one it had problem. I took it to fix the problem which was not recognized to begin with while I drove back 2nd day to physically show the problems. 1. Complete turn of the vehicle makes grinding noise and whatever they fixed and charged me $50.00 co-pay its still not fixed. 2. Both outside mirror heat never worked and they stated no code was found to fix and it still do not work. 3. I was sold the car stating 4 new tires while 1 tire got bubble within 2/3 months of driving when I noticed and I was told the best they can do is to share the cost 50/50 for the tire of $140.00, while the same tire is in the market for $77.00 The only thing they fixed was adjusting the wiper blade which was hitting the top. More

Car was misdiagnosed Brought my car in for service and vehicle was misdiagnosed. Happy I didn't spend over $800 in repairs from this dealer. Took the dealer diagnosis (car was making a noise in the rear) to a friend who is a tech at another facility. He got me the part that the dealer said I needed after an all day diagnosis and installed the part for me and it's still making the same noise. Part cost me $90 so now I am out a little over $300 and still have the same noise coming from the rear of the vehicle which only has 28k miles on it. Will NOT be returning to this dealership again for service if they can't diagnose a noise coming from the rear of the vehicle At least my friend didn't charge me for the labor.. More
