I called the dealership i bought the car from in Wayne PA at 3 because i know service was open till 5. When i called there i was told they stopped taking service calls even after i told them it was a easy fix and just needed a tire plugged. Then i proceeded to call a few more places none dealerships and they were all able to help me out. But i really wanted this done by a certified VW mechanic so i tried VW of Newtown Square as i know i was about to pass them as i was driving home. Amie i believe answered the phone very professionally and had great customer service tone right off the bat... she told me they can help and will be waiting on my arrival. So long story short great customer service on Amie's part and very friendly and clean dealership. I did take it back for my oil change a month later and received the same service that i appreciated from the first visit. More

120,000 mile Service I was given a loaner while my car was being serviced. When completed, I could not pick up because the computers were down for the weekend. Within the hour they had taken my car in, gave me a loaner and will let me know what's wrong this afternoon. I expected to have to wait a few days for an appointment, so getting it done within an hour of my call was amazing. And with a loaner the same day blew me away. They've always been great to work with -- even when the car had a faulty sunroof out of the factory. These new owners treat you like royalty. They'll have my business for years to come. More
