I would not consider bringing my S4 or allroad anywhere else. Billy, the guy who runs the shop, knows Audis like no mechanic I have ever come across. I trust him completely. He figures out what needs to be done, and only what needs to be done, and then he makes sure the work is done right. After a lifetime of dealerships trying to sell me things I didn't need; a radiator flush or de-carbonizing the injectors, it is refreshing to be able to bring my car to a shop that doesn't seem intent on separating me from as much of my money as possible. How many mechanics will tell you that you still have a few months left on your brake pads? That's what Billy told me when my S4 was in for new tires about a month ago. Try to name a dealership that would do that. And, when the work is needed, like the brakes on my wife's allroad, the price was reasonable, the turnaround quick, and the job was done right, the first time. More

I have an Infiniti FX 35. While at an Infiniti dealership (at 25,000 miles) for a warranty repair on interior trim, I was told it was highly recommended that I have a break job done. I was given a quote for front and rear disks and pads at a price well over $1k. A friend told me about Athans Motors and as it was close to my home, I passed by for a quote. Billy the service manager told me the rear pads needed replacing but the fronts had at least half remaining. I asked about the disks and he physically showed be that there were no wear, warps or groves that would indicate the need for replacing. The price for repair was in the mid two hundreds; impressed by the price and Billy’s honesty, I did the repair at that time. The waiting room was awesome!!! They had a public computer that I used to check emails; then I sat down and watched NFL highlights on a huge tv. When the repair was finished, Billy informed be that while washing my car the porter found tree sap on the roof and removed it for me. I still can’t believe the ride the Infiniti dealer was originally going to take me on. I know dealerships make their money on service but never expected them to recommend work that wasn’t needed. For now on, I will only visit the dealer for warranty repairs and Athans motors for everything else. More

From the time that I walked into the dealership to the time that I left, I was greeted by professional and courteous employees' of Athans Motors' that not only were enthusiastic about helping in getting m time that I left, I was greeted by professional and courteous employees' of Athans Motors' that not only were enthusiastic about helping in getting my Truck serviced, but also shown excellent hospitality. The two gentlemen that assisted me (a mechanic and one other individual) were knowledgeable in explained the problem in a specific and comprehensible detail, which gained my trust. A lady named Erika as well as another lady at the front desk were extremely nice and ensured that I was comfortable during my wait. Erika also took my wife and I on an unexpected tour of the facility. I truly enjoyed my unexpected visit with Athans because it is hard for me to trust someone with my truck, being that I am new to the area. Billy has been my tech for the last 7 years, ever since I bought my first Audi a 2001 S4 . I still have that car which has been solely serviced by Billy and Rob. The service is spectacular every visit with quick in and out time frames, if it's going to be extended time frame they help with arrangements for a loaner car or a ride to where you need to go. Each time I go they walk me through what needs to addressed and inform me of up coming recommended services or parts that are starting to wear to the point of replacement. The service center and waiting area is fantastic with TV's and even a race car game if your up for it. Always feel at home at Athans every time I visit. More

I read reviews before I went to Athans and I was pleasantly surprised that the reviews were correct and positive. I decided to have a few items addressed with my Audi and they approached each one professionally and showed me how to combine some items and save a lot of money. All in all I will be taking my Audi to Billy and the crew at Athans Motors. I feel at home when discussing my Audi and the potential mods and performance upgrades that the crew at Athans are familiar with, and can install. Just a great place for an Audi, BMW, Mercedes and the like. It seems everyone at Athans Motors is a real car enthusiast first. I even took my car in for a noise and in 15 minutes they had solved it!
