Teresa contacted that dealership and arranged to transfer the vehicle to Carriage Towne a couple days later. The vehicle was in perfect condition. A few days later we brought the vehicle back for Katzkin leather seats and the side step installation. A minor communication issue about delivery date on that work, was resolved quickly and we had the vehicle back in a few days. Would recommend this dealership and we intend on returning for service. We left early on Saturday, July 27th for a family trip from Indianapolis to New York and our engine light came on as we approached Columbus, Ohio. We found your dealership by using our GPS and got there just as your service center opened at 9 a.m. We explained to Justin that we were heading to New York and that our fan relay was recently replaced, but asked him to check out our vehicle to be sure it was safe to drive. He was extremely friendly and helpful and assured us they would work us in that morning. The problem was found (it was the relay again) and repaired and we were back on the road within an hour or so. THANK YOU!!! Even though it was not the way we wanted to start our trip, we made it safely to New York and enjoyed our vacation.
