Got the truck needed for new business venture! Allen was on top of it from the time I called him after seeing the ad for this particular Dodge truck online. I had a two hour ride from my hometown a Allen was on top of it from the time I called him after seeing the ad for this particular Dodge truck online. I had a two hour ride from my hometown and actually overslept, but we were able to adjust my appointment, and the keys were held so I had first chance to test drive it. It was in great shape as he explained earlier on our text communications. Was not quite sure if this would be the ideal vehicle after measuring the bed length and width. But we both began to brain storm and came up with some simple solutions around that. Had all the paperwork done in just over an hour, and the vehicle was mine. Thanks Allen!! What a hassle I was shown two different cars and approved then to be told on both the terms had changed. On the first car I was told I was approved with $1000 down. I was shown two different cars and approved then to be told on both the terms had changed. On the first car I was told I was approved with $1000 down. I went back 3 days later with my $1000 and was told I was no longer approved for that car BUT they had a great car for me that I was approved for with the $1000 down. I was ready to buy but they told me I needed my check stub that showed my raise on it. All I needed to do was email that in the following morning at 7 am and I could come get my car by noon. At 11:45 I was told I actually needed another $500 down so $1500 in total. The only reason I had attempted to even keep working with this place was bc I loved my sales person Ashley Murphy. She truly did all she could but the finance guys are terrible. I went right down the road to Palm Kia and I the same car a year newer and couldn't have had a better experience. I will not be returning to AutoMax of Ocala and neither will any of my friends or co-workers. More
