Total lack of communication between departments/locations. Had found a great listing for a car that I was really excited about seeing. After 2 calls and 5 emails I was finally able to verify the location of the vehicle, and was repeatedly told it was available for sale. Once I got to the lot I was approached by a salesperson and upon showing them the listing I was sent he told me the car had already been sold. I really don't understand how after talking to 3 different people no one was able to tell me the car was no longer available. Finally got a call back from the initial point of contact in the company as I was leaving the dealership. He still didn't know the car wasn't for sale. Pretty disappointing. More

I found this dealership by chance (after searching online for a Nissan Rogue within a certain radius of our home- the one that was being sold by this I found this dealership by chance (after searching online for a Nissan Rogue within a certain radius of our home- the one that was being sold by this dealership seemed like the best value when I compared the price to what other dealerships were charging for the same make and model from the same year with roughly the same mileage). The salesperson we worked with was a man by the name of Patrick. He was very helpful; he answered all of my questions and believe me, there were LOTS of them. I also believe everything about the process of trading in my car and purchasing this newer one went incredibly smoothly. I was in and out of the dealership within a few short hours (on a Sunday no less, when the place was packed with customers). I received a fair amount for my trade-in and I believe the price I paid for my new car was also fair (in accordance with KBB). Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I absolutely LOVE my new car! I brought my two daughters with me( 8 & 9 yrs old) & Sam was extremely accommodating & friendly to their needs & mine. Save your time and money Automax had the exact car I wanted. I was coming out of state to look at the car so I called on Friday 9/25/15 asking a few basic questions about the Automax had the exact car I wanted. The man on the phone was nice and put me in their system and said he made me an appointment for Sunday to come down and look. He also said I would receive a text message confirming and I could text back with any questions I had, I never received a text or email. Sunday 9/27/15 comes around and I call before leaving to verify everything. They had no previous information of me coming or an appointment. The lady I believe Yasmine I was on the phone with made me an appointment for that day to ensure someone would be waiting to help me when I arrived. As soon as I hung up I received an email confirmation I got to Automax after driving 2 hours (sitting in traffic) and the car wasn't even there. I was told it was in the body shop getting the bumper fixed!! When I first walked in I was told they close at 5:00 so they can do what they can since I got there at 4 which was rude from the start since they has to "find" me a salesman. Then here comes Sal the salesman who was extremely rude and unhelpful. I start talking about the car I was looking at and he has no clue what I'm talking about, I had to find the stock number myself to give it to him so he could find the car. 5 minutes later he comes back with no Carfax report which I asked for and tells me the car is not there and in the body shop getting the bumper fixed. This news was even more shocking to me because there was no damage shown in pictures and I was told the car was in excellent condition. I just got up and walked out I couldn't even deal with them anymore. The manager never said a word on our way out and Sal continued his ignorant attitude. Recent Update: A few days later after the fiasco I received a phone call from them asking if I would like to come down and see the car. They didn't even have a clue about what already happened. When I told the man on the phone I already tried to look at it and it wasn't there he seemed surprised. Come to find out the car was there the whole time on their "second lot" and Sal was just as big of an idiot I thought he was. No way I was driving another 4 hours to be disappointed again More

They get one star for having the car I was looking for Worst car buying experience I have ever had. -they didn't have the car at the right dealership so we had to wait while they went to get it -we were Worst car buying experience I have ever had. -they didn't have the car at the right dealership so we had to wait while they went to get it -we weren't acknowledged when we went in 2/3 times -the actual salesperson that was working with me and my wife spoke only to me -after buying the car on a Saturday, we were told to come in Monday at 10am to pick up the car and when we showed up at 10 am we were du founded to find out the car was not ready. So we were basically lied to -I had to call my insurance company 4 times to and then call them 2 times before the registration could be fixed as they copulent seem to be able to fax paperwork over to my insurance -the salesperson who put the license plates on the new car right in front on my wife didn't screw them enough so the front plate fell off and we never found it. - they didn't inspect the car for us or tell us where to go. Every other dealership I've used(which is 3) will inspect the car for you so it's all set when you pick it up -they were talking negatively about customers and each other right in front of us Overall, they did not seem to have their xxxx together and wasted my time. Worst dealership I gave ever dealt with. The jeep we bought was nice though. More

Drove vehicle to fix computer so I can get my sticker, went back computer still wasn't ready, met the service manager she was great very knowledgable set me up with a appt at a Nissan dealership close to me, had a reprogram done covered under warranty, went back for my sticker passed no problems. Spoke to her again and thanked her for a great experience, definately will be back!!! More

The mechanic found damage to the roof and roof rack. We also noticed some cosmetic issues: nicks in the paint and some dings. Jay had told us from the start that one tire had been replaced making it different from the others. Over the next week, the dealership and Jay worked to fix all of these issues including putting on four new tires, replacing brakes and rotors. The car was also detailed well. We came to pick up the car and noticed a paint spot that had not been touched up properly. Jay had that issue resolved within a couple of days. We feel Jay worked hard to please us. We were being pretty picky but he didn't hesitate to make things to our liking. He was willing to drive back and forth to Brockton twice to get our mechanic involved. We got a great car at a good price and had good, patient customer service. More

Honestly I felt that no one was really eager to greet me at the door because I'm a young adult who wonder give them much commission but Mj was happy to help me and answered all of 200 questions I had to ask. His honesty and personality definitely sealed the deal on the purchase. My stepfather was skeptical of the place at first but after seeing how smooth the car buying process was for me he's planning on returning to this dealership for himself. Con: I waited a very long time just to pick up the car. I was supposed to leave with the car by 10 didn't leave till after 12. Pro: dealership works with you as far a working with numbers and trade ins. Bottom line-- ask for MJ More
