Three women walk into a dealership. . . No this isn't a joke. Two of them were helping me look for a used car. Paul DiCarlo didn't even flinch. He was wonderful! Friendly, helpful, logical. He managed to research my financial background, find a lender and do all that needed to be done so that I was able to drive home (to the western part of the state) that same afternoon! What a great deal that was! And Tom Sullivan was just plain entertaining! I loved not having to haggle, felt that they were very reasonable and gave me what my car was worth, and they were friendly and fun to deal with! He showed me all the neat features on the car and basically thanked me for coming in without nagging follow-up calls after. When I returned at end of week for 2nd test-drive Brian was out of the office but Paul was quick to assist me, answering my questions and closing the sale. UPDATE: Chgd "Quality of Work" to a 5 since Brian & Paul were quick to ask the guys in Service to take care of the sticky residue on the trunk. Its all gone, got my inspection sticker and all is well. I also dont want to forget to thank Al for all his hard work in taking care of the financials and giving me a great rate on the financing.
