I was greeted when I entered the service bay for my appointment. They got my vehicle in as scheduled. I was told it could take up to 2 hours. I was there less than 1.5 hours. The sales team is terrible they avoid calls on promises they made, that are in writing in our sales contract. They have now had my car for 2 days I had made an appt to drop my vehicle off for a couple hour they made, that are in writing in our sales contract. They have now had my car for 2 days I had made an appt to drop my vehicle off for a couple hours. I was supposed to have tires replaced, fenders, a windshield replaced, & the vehicle buffed. I was also having safety issues with the steering and suspension. I purchased this vehicle 2 weeks ago and I paid for the tires and fenders, they were added in my loan. No one will take my call on the sales or part side my tires apparently aren’t even in yet they have my vehicle which has all of work equipment in the trunk according to the only service tech spoke with(I believe this is beyond his ability to resolve) nothing has been done and tires as well as fenders aren’t even ordered. I am a single mom and work a sales job that is commission only but they don’t seem to care I am going on the third day with NO VEHICLE NO way to transport my children to school, no income. I would not buy from this dealership. They SUCK! I have been patient until now. I will be pursuing further steps to ensure this is resolved, this is completely unacceptable. More
