Getting my oil changed last week the technician shows me “cement” that’s apparently under my vehicle as if the back half has been dipped in concrete. I have a baby, work full time and have a husband that’s “cement” that’s apparently under my vehicle as if the back half has been dipped in concrete. I have a baby, work full time and have a husband that’s deployed. Suggesting I have driven through concrete with my baby in the vehicle is absurd. Either the techs are inaccurate or the dealership sold me the vehicle in this condition which would be an even bigger issue. I left in tears. More

I scheduled a test drive for the only car that I wanted in a 150 mile radius. They assured me that I was the only one able to purchase the car. On my way to the dealership, approximately 30 minutes before in a 150 mile radius. They assured me that I was the only one able to purchase the car. On my way to the dealership, approximately 30 minutes before my appointment, I was told that the car was sold. Rachel Reyes was the person responsible for all of this. Don’t go here. More
