Since AutoNation bought Pikes Peak Acura, the service is horrible! Scheduled service for specific time (9am) for simple oil change and tire rotation, work not done at 10:30am. My experience with this company has been atrocious. I am the only one that engages to try and get any answers. I have called multiple times and left messages and do not get called back. When they final I am the only one that engages to try and get any answers. I have called multiple times and left messages and do not get called back. When they finally do answer or call, I have been told countless times that I would get a call back with answers by end of day and not once has this happened. I end up having to call back a few days later to be told the same thing with no updates. I have sent emails to the managers expressing my frustration and have received zero responses. AJ in services has not contacted back even though he's said "he was going to stay late to figure it out". I was sold a truck with broken parts and things that do not work and now I am being told that the 90 day "warranty" will not fix it. I have been strung along for over a month and still nothing has been fixed. It now feels like I am being ignored as no one responds to emails or phone calls/voicemail. At this point I will be getting legal involved to see what my options are. I will no longer be doing any business with this company, and I do not recommend anyone else to do so. If I could go back in time and not do business with them, I would. More

Their service department, parts department, and cashier have always been very friendly and have done an excellent job moved from California in 2013. I'd like to apologize to Liz for the last review, it was sent to the wrong email and should be deleted! Liz is great, very informative, helpful and just over all pleasure to deal with! (even after the terrible review she thought I gave her, and that is awesome). In fact every person in the service department that I encountered was great. It was truly a pleasure taking my car in. You have a great crew!! All of my issues have been taken care of. My 1 and only partial complaint, is that you did not have a loaner car for me the 1st time it is hard to arrange a ride when you don't know how long you need to stick around for, and coming from Cripple Creek! But, I also understand things happen, not the end if the world!! Again Liz was great and deserves a pat on the back and an apology if I could I'd give her a raise!! Happy new year to you all. More
