Brought the car into Acura to fix the Navigation system. While they had the car, they told my wife the rear brakes were "Dangerously Low". I fell victim to the classic "bait and switch." Needless to say, I did not provide this non-refundable deposit, and when I arrived the car suprisingly "had just been sold." ...But they had this much more expensive car still available. Then the sales want us to buy over $2000 extended warranty to get cd player fixed. but the truth is that extended warranty got nothing to do with the cd player, they just want us to pay more money but get nothing. we have called them over and over but never get responsed.
