Sky, my service advisor, was extremely attentive and responsive to my needs and inquiries throughout the whole day (and after) they had my Acura TL. I'm a bit OCD about my cars and she did a great job responsive to my needs and inquiries throughout the whole day (and after) they had my Acura TL. When she couldn't address something, she elevated it to her service manager, Bill, who was helpful, informative and responsive, as well. I gave them a tough task finding a part for my older car and he put a herculean effort into getting it. This was a litmus test for whether I'd be back. No up-sell. Just the facts, recommendations, action and competitive pricing. This new ownership has kept the standard of service to which I've been accustomed from the previous one (Pikes Peak Acura) for the past twenty years. I'll be back. More
