My Acura TLX was towed to AutoNation Acura last Saturday after coming out the grocery where it wouldn't start. They quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the battery, provided a courtesy wash and I was on m after coming out the grocery where it wouldn't start. Service lasted 2 days due to weather and had to ask for loaner car. The loaner had 75 miles worth of gas in it. I felt like it was an inconvenience to get a loaner car when my vehicle was being kept over loaner car. The loaner had 75 miles worth of gas in it. I choose 2 stars because while Acura do provide a great experience the salesman’s do not. I was previously driving an MDX SUV and I was due for another car because my lease was nearing an end. When I got there I was already going through family issues and bawling my eyes out. Husain was my salesman and he made it very well known to me that it was my ONLY OPTION to transfer my four kids and myself into a tlx car. Not having alot of knowledge on this overall situation I cried even more feeling like I had to leave in a car with four kids in my backseat… After talking to someone about how uncomfortable my kids and I were, we started looking into the possibles and found out that not only did he make me feel as if that was my only choice, he added numbers to my car sticker so now I am upside down and can’t get out of this car unless I put a huge deposit down to get out of this car. These people take advantage of women with kids and no knowledge about how they do things there. Husain could have helped my kids and I be comfortable but instead himself and his coworkers worked together to put my kids and I in the most horrible and uncomfortable position ever. I wouldn’t recommend any woman to walk in there if your not highly knowledge on car sales. I hate Acura salesmen and can’t wait to sale this car and move on. After going back for two days in a row I spoke to different people and NO ONE would help me. More
