My wife and I were driving from out of town to Galveston when the display on our MDX showed “Check Charging System” . We drove to AutoNation Acura to have the issue checked out. I was greeted by Matthew Dan when the display on our MDX showed “Check Charging System” . We drove to AutoNation Acura to have the issue checked out. I was greeted by Matthew Danner (Asst. Service Manager), I explained the issue to him, he took the vehicle into the service garage and had the mechanic run a diagnostic and load test on the vehicle charge system. Needless to say the alternator and battery were failing. Both were replaced and in 2.5 hours from diagnosis to replacement we were back on the road. Thank you to Matt Danner for taking care of us and making us feel part of the Acura Family. Also thanks to the mechanic/technician who worked on our MDX. A pleasant experience overall. More
