The service representative (Matt) accurately took note of the issue I was experiencing with my transmission and he informed me of a minor recall and said it would also be resolved while my vehicle was in for the issue I was experiencing with my transmission and he informed me of a minor recall and said it would also be resolved while my vehicle was in for service.
