Bought my Acura and there was a very minor problem with the molding on the drivers side window. The new molding was ordered and replaced a few days after purchasing my car. Mario, my service tech was efficient and courteous. He is knowledgeable and answered questions I had. The wait was fairly short (45”) and the waiting area was comfortable. The music in the dealership is a little loud for my liking, but I’m older and like the quiet these days. Great job! Thank you. More

I appreciate Jon checking in the next day to see if the car was performing correctly. It also was really great that while checking filters he videoed what they looked like before changing to give me the ch car was performing correctly. I have never been to AutoNation Acura Freeway where I was disappointed with the Service Department. Richard was great and kept me informed what was happening to my vehicle while I waited.
