I have had my vehicle in twice now to fix a problem with the sound system making a crackling noise that makes phone calls and listening to the stereo unusable. I have never visited Acura Autonation and the atmosphere not pleasant. My services representative “Mr. Bud” is always professional but, at the same time friendly as are all personnel at the dealership. All not pleasant.
