I always get the best service at AutoNation Acura South Bay. I have had my MDX for over 8 years, and ANASB is the only place I have it serviced. They did not provide a complete diagnosis for my problem. They told me the fix was a new control unit. It was going to cost $900-1k for parts and labor. I bought the nonrefundable part, they installed it, t They told me the fix was a new control unit. It was going to cost $900-1k for parts and labor. I bought the nonrefundable part, they installed it, then told me the real fix was $3200 more. The 2016 Acura TLX with 100k miles is only worth $8k. If you told me ahead of time this was going to be a $4k fix then I wouldn't have wasted the $900. They gave me back a car in worse shape than I brought it in. We have owned 4 Acuras. I will never in a million years own another Acura. This dealership is a big reason why. They are predators and scam artists. More
