I’ve been coming to this dealership for service for a few years now and the service is always friendly and efficient. On this trip Steve came out to greet me by name as I was getting out of the car. Sometimes the staff is occupied with other clients but it was a nice touch that he came out to greet before I walked in. Like all previous visits, they kept me informed of the progress and sent a link to photos with status updates on the items being inspected while the car was being worked on. I will continue to trust AutoNation Acura South Bay with my maintenance and repair needs, much in part to the friendly and efficient service. More

After taking my TLX to my longtime Acura Service Dealer and being told that they could not find an issue with my car and the noise I’m hearing in the cabin is normal. I drove my TLX straight to AutoNation Acura South Bay and explained my situation and concerns to the Service Advisor, Kelly and he got the ball rolling. I was treated like VIP from the start. Kelly stood beside me every step of the way, like an Attorney at Law. With Kelly’s assistance, I was able to demonstrate the issue to the Master Mechanic (Caesar) and he was able to determine the fix in less than a day! I’m now driving in a very smooth, relaxing, Acura TLX cabin without any noises. Special thanks to Babak, Kelly, Caesar, and Fernando.
