I was having issues with my car a couple of weeks ago, it was not starting right away on occasion. This particular day it would not start for quite a while so I called my rep, Kelly Gilbertson, and although was not starting right away on occasion. This particular day it would not start for quite a while so I called my rep, Kelly Gilbertson, and although I didn’t have an appointment that day, he took time out of his busy day to have my car checked out. Kelly has always gone above and beyond for me so that I have peace of mind about my car which is very important to me. He’s the best! More
Upon arrival we checked in with the staff to tell why we came there for. We told them we needed the oil change and some points inspection and impotantly we wanted to hava a repair estimate with bumper. They came there for. The service advisors care about you not only as a customer but as a person. Steve and Kelly are caring and know me when I walk in. They know my RDX and take special care of it mechanically. The experience was handled well once I found the temporary location. Despite having a confirmed appointment I was not notified that the dealership was moving and arrived as a closed location with no temporary location. I do not hold the service provider responsible, this is a poor management issue. More
