Steven took down all my concerns, unfortunately the Technician was not able to duplicate a few of the issues., but that is not on him. I normally don’t get oil change at dealership, but I’m glad I did it this time. Kelly was amazing. He let me get in and out quickly, he showed me an issue in the car and how oil was leaking out from one o glad I did it this time. Kelly was amazing.
