When I went to pick up my car she wasn’t there but the other advisor quickly got my car. It was super cold and he took the time to turn on my defrosters, heater, and seat warmer. I don’t recall his name but those little things mean a lot to me :) More

Took my Acura TLX in for routine oil change and maintenance. Steve the service advisor greeted me on the drive by first name. He was very thorough and contacted me through the day. I had forgotten there were extra things they'd told me at my previous visit that I would need to get done when I came in next and she was able to walk me through what theblast person said and why all of it was so important. She was very good at communication and keeping me up to date on my car, as well as setting reasonable expectations for how expensive it would be and how much time it would take! Definitely 10/10 WOULD recommend! I'll be going back again, AND booking with her, the next time my car needs service! More
