I just needed an oil change this time, but as always, my service rep, Kelly Gilbertson, had my car in and out within the time frame he gave me. I did have a couple of recommendations for upcoming repairs, and it’s so good to know these things in advance so that I can plan for them and get them taken care of before they become a problem. Kelly always lets me know what these repairs are for in detail, the cost, and what repair is a priority, which I really appreciate! More
