Steve was very personable and helpful and gave us a great explanation of the work that needed to be done and prioritized the items for us as well as offered a full breakdown of related costs. We arrived early for our service appointment and Steve was busy helping another customer. I was surprised that 4 other team members were in the service department, on their computers, not with customers. A supervisor explained we needed to wait for Steve (who was clearly very busy since the customer needed personal items retrieved from her vehicle). Not sure why the other members did not offer to help out since we had to wait to get checked in about 30 minutes. Steve was great - just think they could give more of team effort when one member is busy. More

South Bay Acura is the only place I will take my TLX. My service advisor, Kelly, was absolutely the pinnacle of professionalism.
