I had a great experience with this dealer. I had a paint issue with our Acura and when I called I immediately got a return call from the service manager. I have been to this dealership a few times and overall they’re better than average. The last time, I was frustrated to no end because I tried to make an online appointment and was unsuccessful. I used the they’re better than average. The last time, I was frustrated to no end because I tried to make an online appointment and was unsuccessful. I used the chat feature and was told to call. They gave me the number to a Ford dealership! Getting to the appointment was a feat in itself! When I arrived I was a little frustrated that there seemed to be staff having conversations between themselves and I was left standing there without really being greeted. The manager saw me and introduced himself and got me to who I should be dealing with. From there it was pretty fast. The staff (once you get their attention) is friendly and helpful. I had a broken piece inside the car and they were super kind and fixed it and showed me how to try not to break it in the future. My car was ready when they said and picking it up was pretty fast. My best advice for AutoNation is to scrap the centralized customer service —not only did i receive bad information, but the chat feature person, Carla M. was so rude and she wasn’t able to help me make my appointment. My experience with the local dealership was really very good — especially because they had to deal with me walking in the door furious from the get go. More
