Usually, when I arrive, before I get out of my car, there is someone to greet me. That person normally takes down the mileage, inspects the car for damage before escorting me in. Usually there is a choice of helpers at the desks when you walk into the service center. Kelley was all by himself and I had to wait a very long time before he was able to assist me. Usually there is someone to provide a ride home, if I need it. I did ask and there was no one readily available. Usually with an appointment for a B1 Service, I'm out in less than an hour. It took 2.5 hrs or longer. Usually I leave my phone # and get a text message when the car is ready. I left my cell # but didn't get a text. When it was time to go, no one could find my car. The technicians had drove it out and parked it and didn't tell anyone. Kelley was thinking it was still being serviced but all the while it was outside parked and no one knew how long it was there. Needless to say, it was the worst service appointment that I have experienced being an Acura owner for close to 10 years. It's not the type of Service that you expect from the Acura Brand. IF I didn't buy the service package already, I would probably be taking my car to another dealership. I'm not sure if I can do that or not, I need to inquire. But anyway, this is my honest feedback. More
Kelly provided excellent service & explained in detail the services my car needed. I had a limited budget so he informed me on the ones that I really needed to have done now, which included the Fuel inje the services my car needed. I had a limited budget so he informed me on the ones that I really needed to have done now, which included the Fuel injector service and the transmission fluid svs. when I left there my car was running much better. Also inform me about changing the poor quality gas I was using. Thank you again Kelly. More
Gabrielle was very pleasant and extremely helpful! My car had to be towed in and when I arrived she'd already checked my car in and had my service/quote ready. She explained everything to me that was needed and even had the service on the car finished early to accommodate me. More
