The service advisor Kelly Gilbertson was very accommodating to us. I brought my MDX due to non functioning air conditioner and he gave us different scenarios on what could be the possible problem accommodating to us. There is nothing to say other than excellent service as usual. I've always made an appointment with no particular service advisor in mind due to having great experiences with each one of them. But I had St usual. I've always made an appointment with no particular service advisor in mind due to having great experiences with each one of them. But I had Steve Ravaglia and as always he was pleasant to deal with. He was outside immediately and had my vehicle in the service area within minutes. There is one issue I'll have to return on but that isn't a reason to leave a bad review about. In short, I'm very pleased with my visit once again.
