This dealership facility is very clean. People are friendly. Kelly Gilbertson, my Service Advisor, is superb. Every time I go there for my car to be serviced, he treats me like a Queen! Not a pleasant experience for this visit. Service advisor neglected to notify me in the lounge area when SUV will be ready in about 1.5 hours. After a 3-hour period, I purposely went to parking lot a advisor neglected to notify me in the lounge area when SUV will be ready in about 1.5 hours. After a 3-hour period, I purposely went to parking lot and noticed vehicle servicing was completed . Service advisor noticed my annoyance of having wait an extra 1.5 hours and he delivered paperwork to the cashier without talking to me about condition of tires/recommended next service. The cashier had to explained them, which is very unusual. Service advisor knew exactly what he did to earn my less than satisfaction experience. More

Service advisor, Antonio was very friendly. Service was performed timely. only disappointment was that they were not able to accommodate my request to update the map for the navigation system. had tried performed timely. only disappointment was that they were not able to accommodate my request to update the map for the navigation system. had tried to do it myself following instructions on website by using a thumb drive, but was unable to do so. How can it be hat they could not do this? Doesn't make sense More

I expected to interact at least with Sales Team to check another Acura products, dealership seemed to be short staffed. I had to touch base myself with Service Advisor after 2 hrs., I was not provided with any progress during service activities, luckily they finished service (oil change) within time period they said they would. More
