I've been taking my 2007 TL to AASC for several years and the service level is consistently first-class. My recent visit was no exception; I needed to replace part of my front-seat console, not an easy job the service level is consistently first-class. My recent visit was no exception; I needed to replace part of my front-seat console, not an easy job but the parts and service depot came through with shining colors, I am very pleased with the new console. Rolf was my service advisor and was meticulous in specifying the service and keeping my abreast of the progress while I waited. He also did a good analysis of likely future repairs working and outlined out what AASC waked do, how long and what cost it would be. I will be purchasing a replacement vehicle at some point and have no reason not to stay with this dealership or the Acura brand. More

Acura Stevens Creek provided outstanding customer service, like usual. It was my first time working with Rolf, one of the service advisors. My regular service advisor is out on maternity leave and I service, like usual. It was my first time working with Rolf, one of the service advisors. My regular service advisor is out on maternity leave and I was concerned that I might not get treated "as well" by a service advisor that I don't know. Rolf took great care to in his communication with me including updating me often as to the status of my car and making sure I was slotted in the queue for shuttle service. I'm always highly impressed with this particular Acura service team. More

I would not recommend this dealer at all. The rep who was “helping” me was very rude and arrogant. I clearly asked if my car is still covered under warranty and he said yes and if they detect The rep who was “helping” me was very rude and arrogant. Next day, he calls saying your car is all vacuumed and ready for pickup and saying warranty is not covered. His tone was totally different over phone and when I went in person. (Because they were other customers when I went). He was totally unapologetic and said come back for a free oil change. I asked him what is the cost without warranty and he says I am in training..and no other words. Nothing like- “apologize and I am busy right now and get back to you in an hour with a price”. The worst customer service and told my friends not to visit this dealer. I spent $60 on Uber for a vacuum service and poor poor service. And ya, he said he will email be quote which Ofcourse I never saw. No surprises there! More
