Went in for a warranty repair for a known issue with a service bulletin on a 2020 Acura RDX panaromanic moonroof that rattles when driving over bumps/rough terrain. With the service bulletin, the repair should've been covered under warranty as the car is on lease and <16K miles, and <2 years old. However, this dealer, which is a franchise, charged us a $225 diagnostic fee. This is a scam to make money/profit off of an otherwise warranty repair -- which probably helped their sales quota. They don't care about you, its all profit and KPIs and metrics to them. I escalated this to Acura client relations - totally unacceptable. More

Very dependable with minimal wait time. It's pleasant working in the waiting area and there are lots of amenities right there such as coffee, vending machines, etc. I like working with Gian It's pleasant working in the waiting area and there are lots of amenities right there such as coffee, vending machines, etc. I like working with Gianna because she's the best fit for there as a service advisor. I have had other service advisors who have been pretty good and one that definitely wasn't a good fit for me. This experience has confirmed that I will continue to request Gianna anytime I need my car serviced! More
Arrived at 11:15AM for 11:30AM. Work order written up about 11:45AM. Waited in waiting room. Was at dealership for just a battery check to be done as free multi-point inspection. Texted service advisor at 3:30PM for status update as already well beyond original time estimate. Was still in waiting room until 4:05PM without any update whatsoever from service advisor. Had to approach service advisor personally about status of car. Was told it should be done and would be bringing it up. Another 20 minutes pass and still waiting. I asked service advisor's manager to bring car up. Finally left dealership around 4:30PM. Essentially took 5 hours for a simple battery check. More
