I was contacted by the Title Clerk to let me know that in order to complete DMV registration of my CPO 2018 Acura MDX purchase to make an appointment for a Smog Test. Made the appointment and when I arrived, order to complete DMV registration of my CPO 2018 Acura MDX purchase to make an appointment for a Smog Test. Made the appointment and when I arrived, Randy greeted me in the service area and helped process the service order. He knew that I would be waiting and was happy to accommodate. The smog test was done and also noticed when I got the car back it was washed. Thanks! that was unexpected. Want to give a shout out to Wali (Sales) for coming out to greet me and check on the status of my service request. When the work was done, Randy found me and gave me my keys back and assured that all was well and the documentation can now be processed. Came in with the need to change out my tires due to the treads being very low.
