Spent 3 months searching for specific parts and the best price (running boards + attachments, spare tire kit), since inflation seems to have made everything $$$$$. I rec'd a promotional email from Autonati price (running boards + attachments, spare tire kit), since inflation seems to have made everything $$$$$. I rec'd a promotional email from Autonation Acura Stevens Creek that caught my attention, and ordered some parts online. Some things didn't make sense so I made a call to confirm, and was pleasantly surprised when Ken Atkins (Manager, Parts) picked up. I eventually drove there, and from first encounter Ken was very patient answering all my questions, and even made some great suggestions to save me money. He corrected an error made on the website regarding the parts and price to my satisfaction, demonstrating his exceptional customer service. Also discovered how long he's been in the auto industry (hint: decades), so his knowledge and experience was very helpful. Ken is truly a wonderful asset to Acura Stevens Creek... one of the rare, honest and great people you meet at a dealership. I also had wonderful interaction with Nicole Dunn, who helped me schedule my service and made sure everything was completed satisfactorily. It's uncommon to walk away from a dealership not feeling gouged, and both Ken and Nicole made the experience at Stevens Creek Acura very pleasant. Even though I have couple Acura dealerships MUCH closer, it's worth the drive for me just to experience their exemplary customer service. Thank you Ken and Nicole!! More
