I love my Acadia but this is the second time I visit the service center and each time I come out very disappointed. I received a call about my vehicle needing a wheel alignment but didn’t get message until service center and each time I come out very disappointed. I received a call about my vehicle needing a wheel alignment but didn’t get message until car was ready to be picked up. Russell wasn’t available so Jason helped me. He informed me there was a sale and instead of 149.00 it was on salefor 49.99.. the message Russell had left me was it was on sale for 89.00. I felt I was being misled by Russell. Also, my last vehicles had been Nissans. I still own one. Every time I take my car for service I receive a complementary vacuum and car wash. I was not provided any thing both times my Acadia has been serviced. I wish Jason had been my service advisor. Russell was a fast talker and I didn’t feel he was as helpful and honest as he should have been. He did end up calling me back so I could go pick up my car. I informed him I had already picked it up and asked about the wheel alignment. He said it wasn’t a big issue I could always take it back. When I asked about the price difference between him and Jason he said he could work with the price. Needless to say, I feel I was not treated with honesty. More
