Driving out on a Saturday to get my car fixed because it was recalled isn't fun. What is less fun is after my wife and I, in separate cars, are told that despite having the repair scheduled for 4 days, they was recalled isn't fun. What is less fun is after my wife and I, in separate cars, are told that despite having the repair scheduled for 4 days, they don't have the part. So we just wasted 30 minutes getting there to be told something that they should have known. Instead of a "We're sorry, how can we make this right?" we got a "What do you want me to do about it?" repeated over and over. UNBELIEVABLE. So, we reschedule. Something comes up so I need to change the time for my appointment and I get put on hold for 15 minutes, then I get transferred to a VOICEMAIL Box. So I call back, and it happens AGAIN. The THIRD phone call, I am told that someone will call me back shortly. An HOUR AND A HALF later I receive a phone call. In that time I just called another dealer and went with them. More
