The only reason I gave the dealership a 4 star was because of my advisor Russell. He was courteous, knowledgeable and he actually seemed like he cared. When I first walked in to the dealership there were several advisors just sitting at there desk/computers and not one of them acknowledged my presence. Not even a hello we will be right with you (nothing). It's like I was invisible. Maybe if I was a millionaire they would have noticed me or helped me or maybe a beautiful girl/woman. It's very upsetting that Autonation has all these commercials that say that they care or that they will be there for you, but the truth of the matter is that after you purchase a vehicle from there, Autonation's service and attitude towards the regular customer is lacking. Anyway I could go on and on but really what's the point. Autonation will not do anything anyway. P.s. I'm not the only one that feels this way. There are many people in Corpus that would rather go out of town to purchase a vehicle than to deal with Autonation. More
I recently dropped off my vehicle to have my A/C serviced. It was completed and was working perfectly. I really appreciate all the hard work it went into diagnosing the problem and getting it fixed serviced. It was completed and was working perfectly. David Flores was very polite but the issue with my 2020 Tahoe has not been resolved. I have taken my vehicle in several times for the same issue and it is still not fixed.
