Dropped off at 8am on a Friday. No one called me all day. I called 3 times all between 4 and 5pm, first 2 times no one would answer the phone. 3rd time spoke with someone in sales ( No one called me all day. I called 3 times all between 4 and 5pm, first 2 times no one would answer the phone. 3rd time spoke with someone in sales (only place I could get someone to pick up the phone) and the salesperson said they would walk my name/number over to sales. Never heard from anyone. Called again Saturday morning. Again, no answer. Went to pick up my truck and they were shocked! Not a single call, text, or follow up on status. Horrid service. More
Initially the service that I received in regards to my Escalade was less than due lack of transparency on explanation of issues/concerns we were experiencing with my car. After some phone calls with Mr. J Escalade was less than due lack of transparency on explanation of issues/concerns we were experiencing with my car. After some phone calls with Mr. John and meeting with Mr. Randy head of the service dept. it appears we are back on track to meeting the expectations set by the Cadillac brand. From the brief interactions and discussions I have had with Mr. Randy he does appear to go above and beyond to meet the needs & expectations of his customers which is a very positive thing for this dealership. As we all know in the automotive market we always have a choice of who we select to work with and what brand we choice to purchase. We chose the Cadillac brand and now with the new efforts put forth by Mr. Randy, Mr. John, and their staff we are choosing to keep doing business with AutoNation Chevrolet Cadillac Corpus Christi. Great job! More
