Anna is a very knowlegable, courteous and a pleasant professional who went over all my requests for service to my car throughly. She maintained communcations on problems found explained the cost and sent pictures of the defective areas that needed attention. As a retired Naval Aviation Maintenance Officer I would say Anna is a most outstanding employee and represents AutoNation with pride and professionalism and makes a customer feel very confident that the service to their vehicle will be taken care of in a expert manner. I would like to say with employees like Anna AutoNation 6650 South Padre Island Drive is the very best in the business and I will continue into the future to have my vehicles serviced there!
