AutoNation Cadillac Corpus Christi - Service Center

My service agent was out when I brought my car in for a scheduled appointment so they asked me to wait. After 30 mins they called someone from the back who was covering his appointments. After another 15 m scheduled appointment so they asked me to wait. After 30 mins they called someone from the back who was covering his appointments. After another 15 mins of waiting I asked if they could call someone again to help me. There were 3 service agents there who each helped multiple people while I stood there and waited. Would it not have been possible for one of those 3 people to check my car in? This is UNACCEPTABLE customer service. I am beyond disappointed to have to wait 45 mins to drop my car off for a scheduled appointment while your staff helped everyone around me. There were all kinds of people to help when we purchased our brand new 2017 Chevy Suburban! But when it comes time for service there is none. Even making an appointment often proves difficult. Our service agent David does his best and tries very hard but that’s where it ends. NEVER will we buy an auto from Auto Nation again. More

When truck was dropped off. Price for service was quoted at $179. When vehicle was picked up, there was an additional charge of $26.97 for Misc. Charges.
