AutoNation Cadillac Corpus Christi - Service Center

My truck needed a diagnostic check for radio receiver and possible replacement infotainment system. After dropping my truck off at 9am, i was never contacted or updated by my service advisor. After calling m possible replacement infotainment system. After dropping my truck off at 9am, i was never contacted or updated by my service advisor. After calling multiple times, i was left unanswered and sent to a voicemail. I was forced to leave my pick up truck there. Next day advisor called at 11am and says i would need to get a new $1K replacement system. Only good thing that came out of that was my $180 diagnostic check was applied to the total. I will not be back nor recommend this dealership to anyone, which sucks because me and my wife had previously purchased our last 4 vehicles there. More
