From start to finish it was a nightmare. From the salesman, to the finance manager, service manager and ultimately the General Manager. I purchased a vehicle that needed some parts put on. From the salesman, to the finance manager, service manager and ultimately the General Manager. I purchased a vehicle that needed some parts put on. So I purchased my SUV left it there to have the work completed. After 7 days I called my salesman who basically said I don’t work there anymore, I gave you the contact info! This set me back but I said I’ll take care of it. Called the service manager 3x, on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with NO update on my SUV. I then called the GM and to no avail no called back! It wasn’t until I called the finance manger and told him to return my money and license plate! The service manager finally called with an update but no definite time line. It is now over two weeks and not very happy. I am still waiting for my money back and if it is not to me tomorrow I will contact the Better Business and file a complaint. More
