How about you just refund me the $38.45 you charged me for an oil additive that was not needed and not asked for and the $32.25 that you charged over what Ed Morse Cadillac and Wallace Cadillac would have charged me for the same repairs ?

I have spoken to the Service Director Robert Lanier several times. He has not answered me since he said he would look into the issues. His only response was “ James, I understand your frustration with the pricing for your oil change and tire rotation for your CADILLAC XT4. I apologize for the miscommunication regarding the oil additive and for any inconvenience this may have caused. I will be sure to address your feedback regarding our current pricing model with the team. If you care to resolve this speak to Mr Lanier.
