Steven Janer and the mechanics there are lying crooks who have zero interest in a customer. Took my cadillac there as the engine was missing - which they verified. However they said because oil level was low have zero interest in a customer. Took my cadillac there as the engine was missing - which they verified. However they said because oil level was low they required me to pay over $338.00 for an oil change NOTE Wallace Cadillac is Stuart charges $158.00 same oil and filter. I told them no, picked up the car and drove it to Wallace Cadillac in Stuart. Those mechanics immediately recognized the coil wire for cylinder 8 was loose. After correcting that - the car works fine. Summary Auto Nation Cadillac knew there was a miss fire never looked at any of the connections which can cause a miss fire. Instead they checked the oil and lied to me trying to convince me that because the oil was 2 quarts low - that was causing the miss fire. This was clearly a failed attempt on their part to force me to spend out of pocket money, so they could scam me, outside of my warranty yet knowing on their computer that the car was miss firing, they declined to look for the obvious More
