This complaint has been Our Customer Relations Department here at Corporate has received your complaint. This complaint has been formally documented, and we will be happy to further investigate this matter on your behalf. Customer service is very important to us, so we are sorry to hear you were disappointed by the service you received. Per our standard corporate process, we will involve the appropriate parties and contact the dealership to learn more about your situation. To better assist you, can you please provide us with the address of the dealership mentioned in your review as we have multiple Cadillac locations? Thank you for your time, Brittini F Corporate Customer Relations AutoNation, Inc. Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301 It’s been 40 plus days and evidently customer relations is not as important as they would have you believe. I have not heard from the corporate office yet. To be honest I thought the corporate office would investigate my complaint and find their dealership at fault but it seems as though profits by any means is more important than honesty and integrity. The Service manager Robert Lanier stopped responding to me so I complained to AutoNation corporate. It’s been over a month and after they promised to complete a review I have not heard back from them ! There are better Cadillac service departments at Wallace Cadillac and Ed Morse Cadillac. Don’t trust a dealership that lies. More
Hands down the worst service department in palm Beach County. Prices for most work is by far more than Ed Morse Cadillac in Delray and more than Wallace Cadillac in Stuart. I received a coupon in the mai County. Prices for most work is by far more than Ed Morse Cadillac in Delray and more than Wallace Cadillac in Stuart. I received a coupon in the mail and assumed all the local Cadillac dealers charged the same for maintenance , boy was I wrong. Even with a $20.00 off coupon I paid almost $40.00 more than the other dealers. I had my oil changed and without asking they added $38.00 for an oil treatment. Do yourselves a favor don't use AutoNation Cadillac in West Palm Beach service department! More
I recently bought a 2025 Cadillac at this dealership. The sales people are very good. They are helpful, informative and work to get your business! The problem comes when you need services from the service department. The service department is filled with the kind of people that think they are doing you a favor by doing their job. I’m sure everyone has had experience like this in other situations. You know what I mean. In fact, when I spoke to my insurance they mentioned other complaints about this particular dealership. In closing, Good place to buy a car if you don’t care much about getting your car serviced there. More

If I could give AutoNation Cadillac West Palm Beach zero stars, I would. I bought a 2015 Jaguar F-Type S from them in May 2022, and it has been a nightmare ever since. The car has spent more time in the sho stars, I would. I bought a 2015 Jaguar F-Type S from them in May 2022, and it has been a nightmare ever since. The car has spent more time in the shop than in my driveway, and the repairs keep piling up. I purchased the AutoNation Platinum Vehicle Protection Program, which covered $20,000-$30,000 in repairs, but when my engine developed a knocking noise and metal scraps were found in the oil, my warranty claim was denied after over a month of waiting. Why? They claimed the car had "aftermarket modifications," including an aftermarket pulley, and a potentially hollowed-out aftermarket catalytic converter—none of which I was informed about when I purchased the car. I’ve only serviced it at Jaguar dealerships, so I know for a fact that I didn’t make these modifications. Even more frustrating, the only person who ever answered my calls at AutoNation Cadillac was the receptionist, who admitted that their 125-point inspection doesn't include checking the car’s computer for tunes or looking at parts for aftermarket modifications. The fact that this dealership sold me a heavily modified car without disclosing it is beyond negligent. I've called their corporate office countless times, only to be ignored or passed from one person to another. This dealership has wasted my time and money, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Buyer beware: they are selling cars with hidden modifications that void your warranty, and they won’t take responsibility for it. More
